- Description
- You will be working on ambitious projects that require a particular kind of producer if they are to succeed. You should first and foremost be able to demonstrate the ability to take the initiative, a real go getter. You should be intellectually curious, ambitious, highly articulate. You will need to be presentable and confident enough to take meetings with senior people and hold your own. You should be able to operate and think with a commercial brain. You’d rather meet someone than just call them, and you’ll prefer calling them to emailing. This is important. You will need to work quickly, we produce events with huge numbers of speakers and lots of content.
- Experience
- You probably have conference production experience, but not necessarily. Successful candidates often have a background in recruitment, research, or have spent some time in a sales environment.
- Qualifications
- Degree 2:1 or above.
