Our client is a Global Events Company with over a century in delivering market-leading events in a whole host of industries.
The role of Commercial Sales Executive is to be part of the launch alongside two of their biggest shows within the portfolio. This opportunity offers huge growth potential.
The Role:
A passionate Commercial Executive who demonstrates commercial acumen with a desire to achieve sales targets.
What you’ll be doing:
- Sell exhibition space and sponsorship to both previous and new customers over the telephone and face to face
- Generate new key account business and rebuild relationships with lapsed accounts
- Support the senior Commercial Executive and Commercial Manager with accurate and timely floorplan management
- Work closely with the show team including, Operations, Marketing and project coordinators
- Attend industry networking events and competitor events for analysis and feedback
- Ensure that all KPI’s are achieved
Key Requirements:
- Knowledge and experience of using different commercial processes and techniques to sell stand space
- Excellent organisational skills, with an ability to prioritise tasks and manage workload
- Performance driven, keen to focus on achieving goals and attaining commercial success with a desire to attract new business
- Experience of writing effective partnership and sponsorship proposals
- Results orientated
