- Description
- This position recruits, account manages and hosts the relationship with VIP visitors/Key Buyers at two global brands.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Build and account manage the relationship with senior decision makers for each industry
- Develop and execute the Key Buyer programme recruitment plan aligned with the brand, marketing & recruitment strategies
- Help arrange facilitated meetings on behalf of the visitors with relevant exhibitors using in house artificial intelligence powered matchmaking tools
- Manage the onsite experience of VIPs/ key buyers
- Conduct follow up interviews with buyers and exhibitors to understand the success of the programme and collect all required details needed for reporting
- Regular contact with prospective key buyers to drive engagement with the platform
- Manage the visitor data strategy, cleaning and build process that is aligned with the marketing and umbrella brand strategies
- Use data and self-sourcing techniques to identify and recruit key buyers for the programme
- Production of marketing materials for Key Buyer programme overseen by Head of Marketing
- Working with relevant stakeholders to ensure seamless execution
- Provision of excellent customer service, using a proactive and creative approach
- Administrative and event management duties to support the Key Buyer programme such as reimbursements, charges, reporting, recruitment trackers and system testing
- Work closely with the Head of Marketing on ad-hoc projects/campaigns

- Experience, Knowledge and Skills – Essential
Excellent communication skills with a global audience- Strong client and / or stakeholder management skills using a customer-orientated approach
- Highly organised, proactive with an initiating attitude
- Fluent in German (spoken & written)
- Results focused – must have experience of hitting metrics / targets
- Highly proactive approach to gathering prospects and registrations
- Ability to work calmly under pressure with attention to detail and adherence to deadlines
- Excellent database/IT skills, especially Excel and data analysis
- Enthusiastic team player who can work collaboratively in an international environment
- Strong time management and organisational skills
Experience, Knowledge, Skills - Desirable
- Experience in the events industry a plus
- Experience working with data
- Previous marketing experience a plus
