This comes either through matching them to live opportunities as they become available or through speculative introduction where a culture, chemistry and skillsets/experience match is identified.
It is our view that as this pool of people grows it is incumbent on tfconnect to maintain a high level of customer service.
Hence, tfconnect is looking for a Candidate Champion to look after the interests of talented industry players around the globe - of course, helping our clients along the way by introducing the right talent to their businesses. This is a role that turns the normal placement transaction on its head. So, could this be you?
For the sustainability of the business, industry talent need to feel looked after by tfconnect otherwise they’ll stop coming and referrers will stop referring. This doesn’t mean we need to find jobs for them! It does mean that they feel the love because we have done our best by them.
The best is:
• Regular contact
• Matching candidates against existing roles and new roles as they come in
• Considering them for clients with whom we have an approved speculative introduction agreement
• Finding new potential clients where a particular candidate is an obvious fit for their business.
As a front line for candidates, it is essential that you gain their respect. How would you propose fulfilling this requirement?
This is a role for someone who really cares about quality customer service. You’ll also care about people’s lives, careers and making the best matches between clients and candidates that have longevity and lead to further business opportunities. Please note that we work globally (all time zones), we work in events (24-7) and we work in recruitment (which can’t always be done in 9-5!). Hence, there are easier jobs you can do, but maybe not more rewarding ones. Done well, this will be rewarding emotionally and financially for all concerned …
