We are looking for a Conference Producer to join the newly formed team in their central London office. You will be part of a new division of a well-established independent media company, which is rapidly expanding and need your expertise to further develop their outstanding reputation. The role gives you the ability to create and mold these events for the future and progress in your career.

The Role:
- To research, develop and manage commercially successful conferences
- To conduct in-depth, telephone-based and face-to-face research with technology business leaders to understand their most pressing issues and identify new business trends
- To prepare content and write interactive, enticing programmes that are leading agendas within their fields
- To identify viable commercial opportunities and relevant partners, as well as endorse industry experts and thought leaders to speak and present at the event
- To write marketing copy and collateral, including web copy and brochures to help promote events externally
- To lead an event team by working with sales, marketing, and operations teams to drive revenue growth and manage the execution of the events onsite

Essential Skills and Experience:
- Conference production experience
- The ability to work on own initiative
- Excellent communications skills, both in writing and in person, comfortable with high levels of phone activity
- Ability to follow production schedule and coordinate several events in the planning stage and see them through to completion
- Fantastic organisational skills coupled with the creativity to make the events a must attend
- Tech sector events experience a plus but not mandatory
