- Do you like matchmaking? Do you know the Trade & Consumer Show industry well, ideally on a global scale? Could you navigate it with clients & candidates with cast iron confidentiality?
tfconnect is, today, working on 40+ mid/senior-level roles in Asia, the Middle East, Europe and the US. Moreover, we have a list of 50+ mid & senior level candidates who are looking for the right new career move. Much of tfconnect's work is 'under the radar', working on confidential roles with clients & candidates who need or wish to keep things quiet until the deal is done. There is as much work in speculatively introducing 'top talent' to willing clients, as there is in finding the best talent for client vacancies.
Do you think you could operate with the levels of confidentiality and mental dexterity required? I often describe it as a constellation…making sure the right stars are in the right orbit (Company, geography, culture etc)
